Sub-license or transfer rights to any third party

Claim ownership or copyright of the image

What You Cannot Do
Use in paid advertising or marketing campaigns of any kind
Apply to commercial products or merchandise
Use to endorse or promote a business, brand, or product
Resell or sub-license the image to any third party
Use in for-profit publications without upgrading to commercial license
Alter, manipulate, or create derivative works without written permission
Remove or alter photographer credit or copyright notice

Sub-license or transfer rights to any third party without written agreement
Use for defamatory, offensive, or illegal purposes
Apply to political advertising or campaigning of any kind
Use in adult content or inappropriate contexts
Remove, alter, or obscure photographer credit or copyright notice
Use beyond the single commercial project specified at purchase
Apply to merchandise exceeding 500 units without upgrading to extended license
Use in national or international advertising campaigns without upgrading to extended license
Use image as an NFT or digital asset without separate written agreement
Required Credit
Where space permits, commercial uses should include:

Credit may be omitted on merchandise where placement is impractical but must be included in any accompanying documentation or copyright page

All images are the exclusive property of Fox Romeo Photography and are protected by United States and international copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any image is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Photographer Credit
Fox Romeo Photography requests credit on all uses where practical. Proper credit format:
"© Fox Romeo Photography" or "Photo by Fox Romeo Photography"
No Warranty
Fox Romeo Photography makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of any image for a specific purpose. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for determining the appropriateness of the image for their intended use.
Governing Law
These license terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Ohio.

Violations
Unauthorized use of Fox Romeo Photography images will result in an invoice for three times the standard commercial license fee plus legal fees. Fox Romeo Photography actively monitors for unauthorized image use.
